Well if you have wondered that then this short tutorial is for you. 1. Navigate your web browser to http://www.downornot.com/
then2. Next to the orange button that says "Down Or Not" Type in the web address of the site you want to check.
then3.Click the orange "Down Or Not " button and wait ....
last4.Wait a couple of seconds and http://www.downornot.com/ will tell you if the website you are checking is down or if it is working.
If http://www.downornot.com/ says that the website is down then dont worry i'm sure it will be back up and running in no time.
If http://www.downornot.com/ says the website is working then the connection problem is on your end and you will need to figure out why your computer wont connect to that website.
